Founder & Principal
Former engineering lead at companies from Series A to public. Shipped production systems in fintech, healthcare, and developer tools. Now focused on helping teams adopt AI tooling without the trial-and-error.
Building with AI coding assistants since GPT-3 fine-tuning. Led early Copilot and Cursor rollouts for engineering orgs of 50-500 people.
